An Australian/Swiss citizen, Janice began her career in London where she studied at the London Film School for a year. She moved to Los Angeles, where she worked in the industry for fifteen years. She worked as a script assessor for Marty Erlichman Mngt. for Barbra Streisand. In L.A. she worked as a Script Supervisor. She wrote her first film "THE FARMER” for Columbia Pictures, mentored by James Poe. She worked on many films and directed two National commercials in Los Angeles. She returned to Australia in the 90’s. In the 2000’s she began her company Filmworks. Janice wrote and sold the script of THE WHITE MOUSE, an adaptation from two books on Nancy Wake, to Participant Media, L.A. As Executive Producer, she packaged CREATION, written by John Collee, directed by Jon Amiel. Produced in U.K by Hanway Films. “Creation” was the Premiere film at TIFF 2009. Currently she is writer/ producer of “Hitwoman’s Revenge”, director Michael Rymer. She is also producing “Burnt Piano” written by Justin Fleming - Dir. Fred Schepisi, starring Sir Ian McKellen and Abbie Cornish.
