After graduating Music Theatre at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts in 2009, Brendan’s career began when he received the Bound For Broadway Scholarship from the Talent Development Project & American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers. Brendan has since made a strong name for himself back home, playing Rocky for more than 300 shows in the 2014, 2015 and 2017 Australian tours of The Rocky Horror Show. Then in 2018, working with Gordon Frost Organisation once again for their hit season of The Bodyguard as The Stalker. An accomplished aerial acrobat in silks, trapeze and duo, Brendan combined his musical theatre and circus talents playing Garrison Fjord in the critically acclaimed production of The Lyin Queen at the Sydney Opera House in 2020, and again for a return season in 2021… Touring Australia throughout 2022 originating the role of Taurus in Oracle as one half of an aerial hoop duo… and joining Opera Australia in 2023 starring as The Acrobat in Adrianna Lecouvreur.
